The full moon this week, and a note on overthinking it
A short post. The moon goes full on Wednesday. Here's how I'm holding it.
Quick one today.
Wednesday's full moon is sitting at the back end of Sagittarius, opposing the Gemini sun. Full moons are the half of the lunar cycle where things finish. Whatever you started around the new moon at the end of May, this is the week it either lands or it doesn't.
I'm not making big plans. Not because I think the moon is dangerous. Because full moons make me tired, and I've stopped pretending they don't.
One thing I do find useful in this part of the cycle: write down what you started two weeks ago and look at it honestly. Did you do the thing? Did the thing do something to you? It's a small ritual, takes five minutes, and it has the effect of making the next two weeks feel less like they happened to you and more like you were there for them.
That's all I've got. Drink water, go outside, look up at the moon for a minute on Wednesday night. The rest will sort itself out, or it won't, and either way you'll have looked at the moon.
