Citrine
Also called Citrin
Sun stone. Brightens identity and restores confidence to the chart.
About this stone
Citrine is a yellow-to-amber variety of quartz — much of what sells as Citrine is heat-treated Amethyst, but the natural mineral has been a Sun stone for centuries. It is reached for when the solar channel is dim: low self-worth, an identity that gets eclipsed by a partner, or a creative block that has dragged on too long. Citrine is also linked in folklore to prosperity, which is consistent with its solar correspondence.
